missingWrote a review on Dec 04pest problem
However, the room had several issues. There were roaches present, broken furniture like the dresser and end tables, and burn holes on the bed linens. Additionally, the microwave was dirty, and some lights didn't work. The floors were not clean, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The pull-out sofa was outdated, and there were no extra sheets or pillows available for it. On top of that, the TV situation was bizarre, with one not functioning and the other leaning against it. the remote was filthy and missing the battery cover. The ice machine was out of order, and the lack of vending machines was inconvenient. The overall property appeared rundown, which made me feel uneasy about safety with questionable individuals hanging around.

The location was very convenient for exploring nearby activities, including shopping at the mall just a short drive away. Unfortunately, the room was not in great shape. it was dirty, and I found some broken furniture. Despite this, I appreciated having access to good parking options. I was looking for a relaxing stay, but the condition of the room made it difficult to fully enjoy my time.

Family with children beware
The breakfast was truly beyond what I expected, plenty of options, and a great start to the day. The staff did help with a room switch when I complained about an issue, which showed some effort on their part.
It wasn't expensive but still acceptable.

We enjoyed a lovely stay here with our family and dogs. The nearby dining options were diverse, with great local eateries and a shopping center within walking distance. Plus, there's a big AMC theater for entertainment close by. Everything was convenient!
In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness was lacking. It would be great if there were more attention to room hygiene for families with kids.

Clean towels were provided promptly during the stay.
My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. I was taken aback by the state of my room, which was dirty and lacked basic supplies like toilet paper. Additionally, I felt unsafe because of the broken door latch, and I had to walk all the way to the staff just to get inside my room.

missingWrote a review on Apr 30comfortable bedhot watergood locationunpleasant smellweak pressuredirty comforter
The bed was decent and I appreciated having hot water for my showers. The location was close to some attractions, making it easy to get around town. However, the room had a strange smell upon arrival. I noticed the toilet had trouble flushing properly at times. The shower pressure was super weak, which made it frustrating to rinse off. I also found some stains on the comforter, which I definitely didn't expect. There were no extra towels or toilet paper when I checked in, so I had to ask for those. The ice machine was out of order, leaving us without ice for our drinks. Overall, the staff tried to help but just didn’t seem coordinated.
